The purpose of this activity is to return and report on the proposals made to the Stake Presidency. Additionally, by sharing your event with other scouts and units, they will have ideas of what they might like to do for their high adventure camps in the future.
Each unit should bring two things.
1. A tri-fold display containing photos and a summary of your event.
2. A summary handout you can give to others. This could be a half page with contact information, costs, distances, and high level overview of what was done.
A template has been created to describe the type of information to include on you tri-fold display. Fill out the information, print it, and post it on a science fair type board. You can also include photos from your event. Units could also create a short video to share at their table. The video could cycle through photos or videos captured during their high adventure camp.

Power outlets in the cultural hall will be limited, and probably not next to your table. It would be best not to count on being able to plug in a computer or tablet.
Members of the Stake Young Men's Presidency are available to answer any questions, or leave questions in the comments below.
The templated linked above includes a sample graphic on the first slide. We encourage you to create a tri-fold table top (similar to science fair) and printing/pasting the slides to the tri-fold for easy display at the showcase. Thanks and enjoy!
